Tweeting from space
Nowadays the "social media" term is so common and used in so many levels that even goverments and large corporations use services like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and many more. People send thousands of "tweets" every minute from multiple places, but some users are taking it out of this world! literaly. This is the case of the austronaut Ron Garan ( @Astro_Ron) at the International Space Station (ISS).

Here are some notes:
Garan has been photographing the Earth, the space shuttle Atlantis and his team's spacewalks from his home on board the International Space Station (ISS), where he currently resides as a member of Expedition 27.
